IDO Refund Process

Whenever a project does not meet the necessary EIP (Extended Protection Protocol) conditions, the refund option becomes available, allowing you to request a refund of the remaining vested amount. Refunds are not automatic and must be claimed by you; eligibility depends on the protection layers enabled for that project and your current vesting status.

  1. Navigate to https://bsr.binstarter.io/ido/projects and proceed to the PROJECTS CLOSED section as seen below. Click the project to refund and you will then be redirected to the Project Detail page.

  1. From the Project detail page, enter the POOL by clicking it.

  1. Click the Refund button and approve the transaction from your wallet. After a successful refund, the refunded amount will be immediately available from your wallet.
